Biomes! Y6

After spending weeks researching, planning and design their poster about their given biome, the children finally presented their information to the rest of the class. Each pair were given a specific biome to research and explore. They used the iPads to research various facts about their given biomes: location, climate, soil, animals and plants. It was amazing to see all the incredible posters that they produced and presented to their peers.

Whilst each pair presented their poster, the rest of the class had to take detailed notes about each of the biomes to share our learning. We all learnt so much about the six main biomes and are ready to produce a detailed piece of writing about it.
